COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Getting started

What do I receive from the $200 assessment?

A 60-minute session focused on your information, followed by a written analysis report. The report covers the initial factual picture, available records, information gaps, organization recommendations, and proposed scope. It is useful on its own; you do not have to purchase a package.

How does the assessment credit work?

If you retain either package within 14 days of the assessment, the full $200 is credited toward the package fee. Your remaining balance is $2,300 for Case Analysis & Organization or $4,300 for Comprehensive Case Intelligence. Terms are confirmed in writing.

What types of information can you organize?

Client-provided messages, emails, statements, agreements, invoices, photographs, spreadsheets, business records, and other factual materials within the agreed scope. Personal, business, employment, property, and insurance matters can all involve this kind of information problem.

How long does the work take?

Timing depends on the volume, complexity, condition, and scope of the records. We agree on the delivery schedule before engagement. Do not rely on this service to extend a legal or other deadline.

What if I have more information than a package covers?

The scope is defined before work begins. Large or unusually complex collections, additional work, or more extensive media review require a separate agreement. Package pricing does not include unlimited work.

Scope & boundaries

Is CaseInView a law firm or a legal service?

No. CaseInView provides analytics, reporting, and information synthesis. We are not a law firm, legal professional, legal assistant, or a substitute for legal counsel. Legal advice, strategy, and interpretation belong with qualified counsel.

Can I send hours of recordings?

Extensive audio/video review and transcription are not included. Limited review may use your transcript or specific timestamped excerpts, with the amount agreed in advance.

Will you interview witnesses or contact other people?

No. Standard packages work from your intake conversation and the records you provide. Witness interviews, contacting third parties, and independent investigations are not included.

Do you handle discovery or prepare court documents?

We can categorize and index client-provided records by factual subject, including materials you are organizing for discovery. We do not draft discovery requests or responses, select legally responsive material, advise on disclosure obligations, or prepare or submit court filings.

Will this reduce my attorney’s bill or improve my outcome?

No specific fee reduction, time saving, or outcome is guaranteed. Organized information may support a clearer professional review, but professionals may independently review everything and bill for that work. The cost calculator is illustrative only.

How do I send sensitive records?

Do not send sensitive records through the public contact form. A transfer method and handling terms must be agreed for your engagement before you share case material. Ask about access, retention, and deletion during intake.

Can I share the final report with my attorney or another professional?

Yes, the organized materials are designed to be understandable and navigable for you and the professionals you choose to involve. They remain responsible for their own independent assessment and professional advice.
