Service scope

A clear understanding
of our role.

The service is designed around factual information: organizing it, examining it, and reporting what the supplied records show.

What we provide

CaseInView provides analytics, reporting, and information synthesis using client-provided information and client intake conversations. Depending on the agreed package, deliverables include timelines, evidence indexes, key-event analysis, factual inconsistency and information-gap reviews, issue-based organization, analytical reports, cross-source mapping, and visual summaries.

What remains with your professionals

We are not a law firm, legal professional, legal assistant, or substitute for legal counsel. We do not provide legal advice, assess legal merits, develop legal strategy, represent clients, or prepare or submit court filings. Qualified counsel remains responsible for legal advice and all legal work.

Discovery organization

We can organize and index supplied records by factual subject. This does not include drafting discovery requests or responses, interpreting obligations, selecting legally responsive records, or advising on production, privilege, or withholding.

Sources and limitations

Analysis depends on the completeness and accuracy of the materials supplied. We distinguish documented information, client accounts, analytical observations, and unresolved questions. We do not certify authenticity, perform forensic examinations, independently investigate events, interview witnesses, or contact third parties under standard packages.

Limited audio and video

Review is limited to agreed client-provided transcripts or specific timestamped excerpts. Extensive listening, viewing, and transcription are not included.

Package boundaries

Before engagement, the scope establishes document volume, time span, complexity, deliverables, media limits, timing, and review arrangements. Package work includes a final walkthrough and one reasonable factual-correction cycle. Additional work requires a separate agreement.

Assessment credit

The $200 assessment fee is fully credited if you retain the $2,500 or $4,500 package within 14 days of the assessment. Remaining balances are $2,300 and $4,300 respectively. Engagement and payment terms are confirmed in writing before purchase.

No guaranteed savings or outcomes

CaseInView does not guarantee professional fee reductions, hours saved, or outcomes. Attorneys and other professionals may independently review all materials, and their charges remain separate. Calculator results are hypothetical comparisons, not predictions.
